One Stop Shop, a subsidiary of JCDecaux, has reached an agreement with the major mobile telephone manufacturer Alcatel to conduct a pan-European campaign for the launch of its "One Touch 511" portable.

The campaign will begin 3 December 2001 on 27,000 advertising surfaces of the JCDecaux Group located in 7 countries (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary and Denmark). It will be visible via the networks of JCDecaux Group's three divisions: namely, Street Furniture, Posters and Transport Advertising.

Zenith Media (France) teamed up with One Stop Shop in London to set up the comprehensive campaign from its base in Paris.

In order to better serve its international customers, JCDecaux created One Stop Shop, a Group subsidiary, in July 2000 for the purpose of co-ordinating international campaigns and establishing international partnerships with JCDecaux's principal advertisers. One Stop Shop simplifies the purchasing process for international campaigns in the Group's 37 countries.

One Stop Shop has access to 585,000 advertising surfaces and has carried out other pan-European advertising campaigns, for GAP, Levis and Mitsubishi Trium, over the last several months.

Speaking of the competitive advantages offered by JCDecaux One Stop Shop, Xavier Dupré, its Managing Director, notes that, "Our very broad European coverage, combined with the quality of our networks, positions JCDecaux One Stop Shop as the undisputed leader in centralised campaigns and pan-European partnerships".
