Paris, 7 February 2006 - JCDecaux SA (Euronext Paris: DEC), the number one outdoor advertising company in Europe and number two worldwide, learnt today that the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia has charged two former executives of Skysites Inc, Joseph Evans and Eric Selby, with defrauding JCDecaux Airport out of $30,000 with improper campaign contributions made without the knowledge of JCDecaux Airport.

Skysites, which became JCDecaux Airport, was acquired by JCDecaux in 1999 as part of the purchase of Havas Media. The incident is said to have occurred in 2000 and 2001. Mr. Evans resigned from the company in June of 2002 and Mr. Selby was immediately suspended when the company learned of his alleged misconduct.

JCDecaux fully cooperated in the U.S. Attorney’s investigation, which resulted in these charges, and will continue to do so. The reported investigation concerns the Company being victimized by these individuals’ improper behavior.
