Postponement of the listing on the Paris Stock Exchange

JCDecaux announced today that, in light of continuing stock market instability, it has reconsidered the timing of its planned autumn listing on the Paris Stock Exchange. The company had originally announced in March 2000 that it intended to apply for a listing of its shares on the Paris Stock Exchange as soon as practicable, subject to market conditions.
