JCDecaux confirms discussions regarding News Outdoor Group

Paris, 11 September 2008 – SA (Euronext Paris: DEC), the number one outdoor advertising company in Europe and Asia-Pacific and the number two worldwide, confirms today that it has entered into exclusive discussions with News Corporation regarding a potential transaction relating to News Outdoor Group ("NOG"). The proposed transaction would involve cash and shares and would result in a combination of certain of the assets of JCDecaux and NOG.
