JCDecaux appoints Laurence Debroux to succeed Gérard Degonse as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Paris, 6 May 2010 - JCDecaux SA (Euronext Paris: DEC), the number one outdoor advertising company in Europe and Asia-Pacific and the number two worldwide, today announced that it has appointed Laurence Debroux to succeed Gérard Degonse as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer on his retirement at the end of 2010.

Laurence Debroux will join JCDecaux on July 1st and will formally commence her role on January 1st 2011. Following the approval of the Supervisory Board, Laurence Debroux will then join the Executive Board, together with Jean François Decaux, Jean Charles Decaux and Jeremy Male.

Laurence Debroux, 40, graduated from HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) and has spent the last fourteen years at Sanofi. After an initial period as Head of Treasury, she was promoted to the position of CFO and her latest role was Chief Strategic Officer and Member of the Sanofi Aventis Executive Board. Prior to Sanofi, Laurence Debroux worked for Elf Aquitaine in their Finance team.

Laurence Debroux also sits on the Board of Natixis.
