Gérard Degonse, new Managing Director of JCDecaux

Gérard Degonse appointed as Managing Director responsible for Finance within the JCDecaux Out of Home Group The JCDecaux Out of Home Group has decided to optimise its management structures in order to better manage its strong growth. The Group's incredible development, the international challenges which it must face, the globalisation of its markets (participation in invitations to tender recently won: Salvador in Brazil, Montevideo in Uruguay, Stockholm, etc.) and its intention to list on the Paris Stock Market require the management teams at central level to be reinforced. To this end, Mr Gérard Degonse joined the Group on Tuesday 6 June 2000 as Managing Director responsible for Finance. Mr Gérard Degonse, a graduate of Sciences Politiques Paris and holder of a degree in Economics has previously worked as Finance -Treasury Director with Elf Aquitaine and as Treasurer - Company Secretary VP with Eurodisney Company.
