Appointment of Patrice Gry

As Marc de la Croix Vaubois has decided not to confirm his acceptance of his post, Patrice Gry has been appointed Deputy Managing Director of AP Systèmes, a subsidiary of the JCDecaux group specialising in airport-based advertising and marketing, effective March 19th 2001.
He will report to Isabelle Schlumberger, Chief Executive officer of AP Sytèmes and will focus on sales organisation and the coordination of operational action plans for France. Patrice Gry, 44, is a qualified engineer and a graduate of the of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace. After having spent seven years with Air France and four years at Crédit Agricole, he joined the group in 1994 as Human Relations Manager. Since January 1999, he has worked as Deputy Managing Director with responsibility for human resources.
