Ecology is a subject which deserves high attention from all communities around the world. When working with clients on campaigns that look to increase environmental awareness,
JCDecaux knows how to come up with
evermore inventive ideas to effectively reach all audiences…
Australian Council for cigarette butts clean-up
The City of Sydney and JCDecaux Australia conducted an Innovate campaign to promote a cleaner city environment by encouraging people to stop throwing their cigarette butts on the streets. Citylight Posters and Bus Shelters were filled with used cigarette butts that the council had been collecting for the last couple of months. The accumulated cigarette butts formed the word “Yuk” and the displays read the slogan “Love your City? Bin your butts”
Channel 4 UK for Eco-responsible TV show
The UK TV channel used bus shelters to promote its Eco-responsible reality TV show “Dumped”, a show that aims to raise consciousness about the importance of recycling by challenging eleven people to live in and off a rubbish dump for 3 weeks.. Items of rubbish were piled inside bus shelter displays around London and displayed informational messages about waste levels in the UK.
Bruxelles propreté & Fost Plus for recycling bags
Brussels-Cleanliness and Fost Plus advocated recycling to all Brussels inhabitants by fully wrapping strategically located bus shelters to display pictures of various rubbish items all “flying” towards a blue recycling bag.
