JCDecaux Finland ran an outstanding campaign in Helsinki for the restaurant Panimo last September, demonstrating a very effective way of engaging with the public.
An interactive touchscreen allowed passers-by to book a table through the screen. By browsing on the screen, the passers-by could book a table by giving the number of people and the booking time. They would receive a text message to confirm their booking. The restaurant would also ask for a feedback from the customers and show it on the screen.
On top of the applications listed above, passers-by could also download a voucher from the restaurant, browse for information and pictures on the restaurant as well as the menu and also surf on partners’ websites.
