JFK Airport is the top international gateway to the United States. With around 46 millions passengers in 2010 and 3.8 millions on average per month, it's one of the busiest airports in the world.
It is also home to one of JCDecaux's best digital locations in Terminal 8. The Digital Brand Experience (DBE) is the largest display of its kind in an airport anywhere. The scale and depth of the various technologies employed make this a stand-alone experience.
Housed in American Airlines' hub, the DBE surrounds millions of departing and arriving passengers. Brands such as Microsoft's Xbox, Exxon Mobil, and RIM's BlackBerry have taken over this 150ft stretch of prime advertising space and recently, Citibank maximised the site's full creative potential by producing a bespoke time-lapsed video:

The screens have some impressive tech specs. The synchronised HD content and rich sounds engage travellers as they pass the network of 40 70-inch screens. The floor, moving walkways and banners can all be customised by brands to dominate the area in order to fully immerse their target audience.
