Market update on JCDecaux proposal to acquire APN Outdoor Group Limited in Australia

JCDecaux SA (Euronext Paris: DEC), notes the announcement from APN Outdoor Group Limited (“APN Outdoor”) dated June 25th, 2018.
Further to our announcement on June 20th, 2018, JCDecaux confirms that it continues to be in discussions with APN Outdoor in relation to its proposal to acquire 100% of APN Outdoor share capital (“Proposal”).
Until a transaction is agreed between the parties, there is no certainty that the Proposal will result in any transaction.
JCDecaux will continue to update the market in relation to the Proposal.
