Isabelle Schlumberger appointed as Managing Director of AP Systèmes

Mr Jean-Charles Decaux, Chief Executive Officer of AP Systèmes, has appointed Isabelle Schlumberger as Managing Director. She will be responsible for the following tasks: managing AP Systèmes in France, developing and supervising the "Transport" activities of the Group in southern Europe, Latin America and south-east Asia, and co-ordinating the joint actions of SkySites and AP Systèmes to ensure harmonious development of this activity in Europe. Isabelle Schlumberger is 38 years old and a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. She joined the Finance Department of the Havas Group in 1984 where she was particularly involved in financial advertising and relations with investors. In 1990 she joined the newly created Group, Avenir Havas Média, as Deputy Director in the Finance Department and then in 1994 she went to the British and Irish subsidiaries of Sky Sites, Mills and Allen and David Allen as Administrative and Finance Director based in London. In October 1998 she became Chief Operating of Sky Sites London, a subsidiary managing the "Transport" activities in Great Britain. AP Systèmes is the advertising contractor for 46 airports in France and also has a presence internationally in Spain (17 airports), Portugal (9 airports) and Poland (6 airports).
