JCDecaux SA (Euronext Paris: DEC), a world leader in outdoor advertising and the largest outdoor group in Europe, announced today that JCDecaux Airport, one of the companies within the JCDecaux group, has been awarded the renewal of the concession for Toulouse‘s Blagnac airport for a period of five years.

Toulouse’s Blagnac airport, the fifth largest airport in France, handles annual traffic of 5.35 million passengers.

This concession covers the exclusive use of advertising space within the airport, and includes provision for special events, billposting and prestige advertising spaces.

JCDecaux Airport is innovating and planning the installation of a new range of advertising furniture. This range, designed specifically for the airport environment, combines traditional billposting, scrollable media and plasma screen technology.

This renewal, which was awarded after a bidding process, follows the renewal of the concession for Montpellier airport.
