JCDecaux Airport, a subsidiary of JCDecaux SA - a world leader in outdoor advertising and the largest outdoor group in Europe - announced today that it has renewed its contract for Bordeaux Airport, following a competitive tender process. Bordeaux is the seventh largest airport in France, with a potential audience of over three million passengers a year.
This exclusive six year contract includes all of the airport’s internal advertising space, including the important Hall “A” which is due to be renovated in 2004. It covers the organisation of promotional events as well as display advertising in this highly effective advertising environment.
JCDecaux Airport provides a wide range of advertising products specifically designed for airports incorporating traditional billboards, scrolling panels and state of the art plasma screens. This contract renewal follows the recent renewal of the contracts for Marseille and Lyon Saint- Exupéry airports.

JCDecaux Airport operates the concessions for the two airports managed by Aéroports de Paris and a further 43 airports in France. Through these airports it reaches 113 million passengers a year, 88% of the national air traffic. It is the world leader in airport advertising with concessions in 152 airports.
