Appointments in the Middle East and Africa regions: Jean-Sébastien Decaux and David Bourg

• Paris, January 10, 2013 - Following the decision made by Emmanuel Russel, CEO for the Middle East and Africa since 2006, to leave the Group in order to devote himself to new projects, the region - owing to its size and the large number of countries - has now been divided into two separate zones:
• - An Africa - Israel zone, entrusted to Jean-Sébastien Decaux,
• - A Middle East zone, entrusted to David Bourg.

Jean-Sébastien Decaux has been appointed CEO for Africa - Israel

Jean-Sébastien Decaux has been appointed CEO for Africa-Israel, effective March 1st, 2013. He will be responsible for all the countries on the African continent, in addition to Israel. Jean-Sébastien Decaux will continue to serve as CEO, Southern Europe, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Jean-Sébastien Decaux (36) joined the JCDecaux Group in 1998 in the UK and Italy. In 2001, following an agreement between IGP (the Du Chène de Vère family), Rizzoli Corriere della Sera and JCDecaux, he served as Managing Director responsible for Street Furniture and Sales Director of IGPDecaux, of which he is also a Board member.

• In 2004, he assumed responsibility for the Belgian and Luxembourg subsidiaries.
• In 2010, he was named CEO, Southern Europe, a position created to bring the Group’s activities in Spain, Portugal and Italy into a single regional entity; he continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer of JCDecaux Belgium and JCDecaux Luxembourg, and Street Furniture Director and Board member of IGPDecaux.

Jean-Sébastien Decauxreports to Jean-Charles Decaux, Chairman of the Executive Board and co-CEO.

David Bourg has been appointed CEO for Middle East

David Bourg has been appointed CEO for Middle East, effective March 1st, 2013. He will be responsible for all the countries in the Middle East.

David Bourg (43) joined JCDecaux in 2001 as a Business Development Manager principally responsible for merger & acquisition projects within the Group. In 2005, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Asia and in 2011, was appointed Managing Director of JCDecaux Middle East.

Based in Dubai, David Bourg reports to Jean-Charles Decaux, Chairman of the Executive Board and co-CEO.
